Brad Pitt Says Jennifer Aniston Is A Sweetheart
Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston don't really appear to feuding that badly after Pitt's recent interview with "W." Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and Aniston were squabbling a bit during recent talk show appearances and magazine interviews, but Pitt disarmed much of the controversy with his recent comments.
"We still check in with each other," Pitt told W. "She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don't see how there cannot be that. That's life, man. That's life."
The source of much of the friction in recent weeks stems from a comment Angelina Jolie made where she implied that she and Pitt fell in love while Mr and Mrs Smith, while the actor was still married to Aniston. Pitt offered a clarification.
"What people don't understand is that we filmed Mr. and Mrs. Smith for a year. We were still filming after Jen and I split up," Pitt said. "Even then it doesn't mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn't. I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. The film will mean something to our kids. It will, that's all."
Now we'll see if Aniston also softens her recent stance concering Pitt and Jolie.
