Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab named Top Pick by Consumer Reports

The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab has been named as the "Top Pick" in the Pickup Truck category by Consumer Reports.

This is the first time since 2005 that a U.S. auto manufacturer has been named a Top Pick for the Pickup Truck category.

The truck achieves a nice balance between work attributes and livability, including a generous payload rating, a comfortable ride, improved interior quality and steering feel, and easy access. ESC is standard on all crew-cab models. The GMC Sierra is virtually identical to the Silverado.
