Austin Freeman's 18 points led a balanced attack for 10th-ranked Georgetown Saturday in an 82-75 win over Providence.
Chris Wright tallied 16 points, and Greg Monroe had 13 points, nine rebounds, seven assists five steals and three blocked shots for the Hoyas (11-3, 2-2 Big East).
Marshon Brooks was the leading scorer for the Friars (11-5, 3-1). Weyinmi Efejuki added 13 points.
Georgetown trailed by up to nine points in the first half and led by as many as 16 in the second half.
