Allison Penn Gives Birth To Identical Triplets

Allison Penn of Long Island gave birth to identical triplet sons on February 27, 2008. This is something that only happens once in 200 million births, according to the North Shore Hospital.
Allison underwent in vitro fertilization with one egg that split two times and used one placenta to nourish the fetuses.
Tom Penn is the proud father to Logan, Eli and Collin. All of the boys were born healthy.
