The historical Elkhorn Ranch receives a $50,000 grant

The Elkhorn Ranchlands once belonged to Theodore Roosevelt and comprise 23,550-acre estate. The grant is for at least $50,000 and is to be used to rehabilitate and upgrade the ranch.

The Elkhorn Ranch was established in 1884.

About 40 people visit the Elkorn Ranch weekly.
