Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt – The New Mansion
One thing about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie: the couple likes to keep their living situation fresh. The two, along with their six children, have lived in three separate countries in the last 2 years. Now they're moving to a huge compound in Lloyd Neck on New York's Long Island. Pitt recently said the move should be good for the family.
“I've been dragging my kids from continent to continent,” he said. “So we're going to give them a break.”
Angelina Jolie has been signed to film Salt in the area, so a move to the Long Island area will be convenient.
Their new house is called Sassafras. It's a 22,000 square-foot mansion located approximately 50 miles from Manhattan. The house is perfect for a growing family with an eight-bedroom main house, a guesthouse that has six rooms, and a staff house with an additional 11 rooms. Fortunately for the actors, they'll have access to a heli-pad on the 47 acre estate, so getting in and out should be no problem.
The home, which is being rented for a reported $100,000 per month might be an excellent place to have more kids. Pitt recently said he was open to the idea.
"We haven't found any reason to stop yet," he told the Daily Telegraph.
