Sara Kuszak Murderer Confesses
Sara Kuszak, a pregnant woman from Savannah, Georgia was on vacation in Ceiba, Puerto Rico when she decided to take a jog. Tragically for her, Eliezer Márquez Navedo, saw her running by, and decided to abduct and rape her. He threw the startled vacationer into the trunk of his car.
Kuszak made a final, desperate phone call that alerted officials about her abduction. Navedo raped her and slashed her throat within one hour of the abduction. He confessed to the Homicide Division of the Criminal Investigation Unit that he killed her. Navedo was found so quickly because he was still carrying the victim's cell phone and the FBI was able to track its' signal.
When Eliezer Márquez Navedo was caught by police, he was completely covered in blood. He said the blood was from a horse, but DNA testing is expected to prove it was the blood of Sara Kuszak.
Sara Kuszak was six months pregnant at the time of her murder.
