David Kernell, the son of Tennessee State Representative Mike Kernell, has been named in the highly publicized hacking of Republican Vice President candidate, Sarah Palin's personal Email.

Mike Kernell, a democrat from Memphis has confirmed that David, 20, is at the center of the investigation by the FBI and Secret Service. David attends the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Mike Kernell declined to comment further on the pending investigation of his son or his whereabouts.
