Bishop plans to show hunt for love online

DULUTH, Ga., Sept. 19 (UPI) --

The ex-husband of televangelist Juanita Bynum plans to show his search for love on a "reality" webcast produced by his Georgia-based ministry.

The marriage between Bynum and Bishop Thomas W. Weeks III broke down in a blaze of publicity when he was charged with assaulting her outside an Atlanta hotel. Weeks, head of Global Destiny International Ministries, is still on probation for the attack.

Weeks said that he decided to create 10 "Webisodes" about his hunt for romance to give a Christian perspective on dating and marriage, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. He decided there might be some public interest in his love life after a number of women got in touch with him.

"There are some very adamant women," said Guy Reeves, a minister at Global Destiny. "A lady from Belgium flew all the way here to meet him. She came to the campus. She wanted to be the next Mrs. Weeks like many others who have approached me about their strong desire to be Bishop Weeks' wife."

The weekly Webisodes will be streamed at www.bishopweeks.com.
