In Picher, Oklahoma, the damage was so severe, townspeople are questioning whether to rebuild. The town is already a desolated "SuperFund town". John Sparkman, who leads a local homeowner's group said the tornado damages was the last straw. "I think people probably have had enough," he said. "There's just nothing to build back to any more." People in the are have been awaiting buybacks in order to move out of Picher, and the Governor of Oklahoma, Brad Henry, said the buyback program would continue, and people who lost their homes would be treated fairly. "We will continue to assess the situation. ... We will make sure the people get the assistance that they need," Henry said. "If they need help to be moved to another location, we'll do everything we can to help them do that. I think it's kind of speculative for me to sit here and say exactly what's going to happen. I don't know at this point."Picher Oklahoma
