Demi Lovato Talks About Her Family
Demi Lovato was used to getting the lion's share of attention in her family, but news of her mother being pregnant shocked her that all of that might be changing.
"When I heard my mom was going to have my little sister Madison, at first I was afraid of being a middle sibling," she told M. "I was scared I wouldn't get attention anymore."
Lovato credits her parents with keeping the spotlight divided between her, older sister Dallas, and new sister Madison.
"I have great parents who did a really amazing job of giving equal amounts of attention and love to me, my little sis and my big sister Dallas."
Demi says she's very appreciative about her family.
"My family looks out for me," she said. "I'm really very close to my whole family. In fact, the top five favorite people on my cell phone are my mom, my dad, my Aunt Lisa, my big sister Dallas, and Selena."
Demi said that having a warm family has provider her with many of life's best memories.
"We do a lot of fun things together," she said. "Some of my best memories growing up are having family barbecues in my back yard with my fam."
