Tom Sizemore Pleads "Not Guilty' To Meth Charges

Tom Sizemore has entered a plea of "Not Guilty" today. He had been accused of smoking meth in his car in Bakersfield, Calfiornia along with an accomplice. This is not the actor's first brush with the law, or even his second.
Veteran character actor Tom Sizemore pleaded not guilty to felony drug charges today morning in Kern County Superior Court.
Sizemore was arrested May eighth after police found two bags of suspected methamphetamine and smoking pipes in his car parked outside a hotel in Bakersfield, about 110 miles northeast of Los Angeles.
The actor was still on probation for a previous drug conviction.
His trial will resume shortly.
