Shelley Lubben Supports Proposed Porn Tax

just another excuse for politicians to rob the American public to fill their pocket book in the name of " censorship " they have no more money after spending it on High Class Hookers !!! Oue Tax dollars at work. Technology today allows minors to make and post their own pornography. Shall we Tax MySpace and others like it ? why not charge technology ( computers and cell phones ) since thats how it is uploaded. I am all for protecting children who cannot defend themselves and are used for child pornography, but have no sympathy for those minors who post themselves then later cry about why someone else has a copy of their pictures and videos. Put a Tax on Illegal Drugs since Shelly Lubben is now crying fowl because of illegal drugs on the set. Aren't drugs also harmful for minors ?

The rationale here will inevitable lead to the slippery slope. If exposure to drugs and std's are a case for selective taxation, why not a tax on Rock n Roll and Hip Hop music? Have you ever been back stage at a Rock Show? How many Rock Stars have died of drug and alcohol abuse in my lifetime? Have you ever seen drunk people or smelled marijuana at a Rock Show? The same arguement could be for taxing this kind of undue influence. LETS DO IT FOR THE CHILDREN!!!!

drugs on the set? Oh no, say it ain't so. Are you telling me that porn stars can't get through the day without some chemical alteration of their minds? Oh bleep off. Seriously though, how are you going to enforce this tax? Count how many people punch the clown to any particular movie? If this ex-porn star has recanted what she's done, fine and good for her. But don't have the government do to me what I see done in my movies just because you got some post porn guilt.
