Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez are not embroiled in a bitter feud, despite persistent rumors, said Selena Gomez. Tensions have supposedly heightened after Gomez is being considered as a replacement for Miley Cyrus on the popular Disney show Hannah Montana.



Gomez says no such animosity exists.

"We're literally like, 'it's fine. It's all good. She's Miley and I'm Selena," said the 15 year old Selena.

Gomez said comparisons of her to Miley are a compliment.

"It's a little overwhelming, but I think really, it's a compliment. She's obviously extremely successful, and I think she's a wonderful performer. So being compared to her, I was very, very flattered."

All is well in Disney-ville, after all.
