Miley Cyrus is "hanging out" with 20 year old hunky underwear model Justin Gaston all the while she and father Billy Ray Cyrus plot to end their long-running gig on Disney's Hannah Montana.

According to reports originally published on TMZ, both Miley, 15, and her dad Billy Ray have been coming to the set late in an attempt to be released from their contracts. Disney exec don't appear interested in doing that, seeing as how incredibly profitable Hannah Montana has been for the company.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus is getting over her work-related anxiety by dating Justin Gaston, who is known for being in good shape.

Miley and Gaston weren't alone on their date to Universal Studios. They were accompanied by Miley's mom and manager Tish Cyrus.
