Cristiano Ronaldo is back and ready to play, says Wayne Rooney. Ronaldo has seen action in Manchester United games against Villarreal and Chelsea on Sunday.



United Manchester didn't win either game with Ronaldo in, but that didn't stop Rooney from getting excited about future prospects for team prosperity.

"It is a great boost for everyone to have Cristiano back," he said.

"He adds a different dimension to our play, so hopefully he can get a few more games under his belt.

"Everyone knows what a great player he is. Once he is fully fit he will soon start producing his best form again."

Cristiano Ronaldo suffered what some experts thought was a career-ending injury in February, but he's worked his way back into top physical form and appears ready to resume his outstanding career.
