Jennifer Aniston Says No To Marriage
Jennifer Aniston won't be walking down the aisle ever again, unless it's in a movie. Even though the 40 year old wants to have a career, a baby, and a man, that doesn't mean she's looking for a traditional marriage.
"My joy in life," Aniston told OK!, "would be to have a very deep and committed partnership."
Aniston recently broke up with John Mayer for the second time. That experience has left her not interested in pursuing marriage.
"Ever since Jen and Brad split, she has tried desperately to find another man who would win her heart and be the husband she's always dreamed of." an insider said. "But she now realizes that Brad's shoes are impossible to fill."
It's the failed relationships that are getting Jen down. When Brad Pitt moved on from her into the loving arms of Angelina Jolie, Aniston thought that she would quickly recover and find a great man of her own. Instead, she's been involved in a number of unrewarding and very public failed relationships.
"Jen put so much of herself into those relationships," said the source, "only to have them end in heartbreak."
Now Jennifer Aniston is going to play the field and take things as they come.
"She's decided to stay on her own, enjoy some love affairs on the way and not expect too much from any one relationship," a source said. "Each time she dreams of having a devoted husband, babies, and that white picket fence, she is let down."
