Javon Walker suffers orbital fracture in Las Vegas

It's tough enough having to worry about injuries when you're playing football, but Javon Walker, 29, of the Oakland Raiders had an unexpected injury happen to him when he was on vacation in Las Vegas.

Raiders fan weren't too happy when the team signed Javon Walker for a $55 million, mostly guaranteed contract.

Las Vegas police found Javon Walker laying on a street near the Tropicana Hotel and Casino unconscious. An "orbital fracture" means broken bones around the eyes, so speculation says he was robbed and beaten.

Sad news for Walker, his family, and fans of the Raiders. He's currently listed as being in "fair condition" and is in the Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center recovering from his injuries.
