Demi Lovato 'Isn't Perfect'
Sixteen year old Demi Lovato may be a lot of things, but being perfect isn't one of them.
The entertainer told M magazine, "I'll be the first to admit that I'm not perfect and I hate that people judge other teens and make them feel bad about themselves."
The Sonny With A Chance star offered a bit of advice to fellow teens that feel pressured. She said, "Just be the best you can be."
Lovato knows how hard it is to come up in a world where people make judgments.
The dark haired entertainer told People magazine about some of her experiences while she attended school. "There was a petition called 'We hate Demi.' They would text me and say, 'We're going to make your life a living hell.' I remember asking them, 'What did I do?' and no one could answer."
After being threatened one too many times, Demi was pulled out of school and began homeschooling at her Los Angeles home.
In addition to playing Sonny Munroe in the upcoming Disney Original series, Sonny With A Chance, Demi Lovato stars in the upcoming films, Camp Rock 2 with the Jonas Brothers and the Princess Protection Program with her best friend, 16 year old Selena Gomez.
