Yves Rossy - Jet Man

They don't call Yves Rossy the Jet Man for nothing. How many other people do you know who will strap a jet across their back and fly across the English Channel? Not many, if you're like me. That's exactly what Yves Rossy plans on doing.

The 47 year old Swiss man has designed a "Jet Wing" that he plans on demonstrating to the world by crossing the 22 mile channel in 12 minutes. He'll be traveling at 125 milers per hour, looking like a strange mix of man and bird.

If he's successful, he plans on selling the contraption to people as crazy as he is. Godspeed, Jet Man!
