Britney Spears Halts Vancouver Concert
Britney Spears interrupted her concert last evening in Vancouver due to her complaint of heavy smoking in the arena, according to multiple reports.
Spears walked off the stage during her Circus concert, causing an approximately 30 minute delay.
"Crew members above the stage became ill due to a ventilation issue," said Britney's rep Holly Shakoor.
Anecdotal reports say that the arena was not unusually smoky. Cited are the fact the concert was attended by many young families and happened on a Wednesday night.
"It's not like it was a Gratful Dead concert," wrote one concert goer.
Spears returned to the stage and finished the show after the half hour delay.
