Jamie Foxx Apologizes To Miley Cyrus
Jamie Foxx made some very disparaging remarks about Miley Cyrus that he's now taken back.
Foxx, 41, on his radio show said Miley should "make a sex tape and grow up," or "Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin."
After receiving some backlash, Jamie Foxx is now backing off the comments and seeking forgiveness from Miley.
Foxx took to the Tonight Show with Jay Leno to make his apology.
"I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don't mean any of it," he told Jay Leno. "And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far... There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn't mean it maliciously."
As if that wasn't enough, Jamie also looked in the camera and pleaded with Miley directly.
"Miley, I apologize, so I'll call you," he said. "I got a daughter too, so I completely understand."
