Twilight Teaches Robert Pattinson About Love
VANCOUVER, BC. Apr.15 (TOTI) --
Come to find out, the blockbuster film Twilight has done much more for Robert Pattinson than just making him a household name and a teenager's dream date.
The vampire saga taught the 22 year old British born actor all about love.
Robert Pattinson, a self described loner, told Bop magazine, "I've never fallen in love, but I try to be as romantic as possible."
Pattinson also said he believes that love can be found just about anywhere. He continued, "It's absolutely possible that you can meet someone on the street and suddenly fall in love with that person. That often happens to me!"
Playing the role of Edward Cullen in Twilight and the forthcoming sequel New Moon taught him a special lesson. "It's a love story that shows that nothing is impossible. If you really love someone, you can overcome any obstacle."
In New Moon, his character's main obstacle is a werewolf named Jacob Black, played by Taylor Lautner – it remains to be seen who will rule victorious in winning (or keeping) the love of Bella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart.
New Moon, the second movie in the Twilight saga, hits theaters on November 20, 2009.
