A 51-year-old actor seriously hurt before a performance of the Broadway musical, "The Little Mermaid," reportedly is suing Disney, his employer at the time.

Adrian Bailey said in a lawsuit filed Thursday that he tumbled through a trap door more than 30 feet to the stage in May, fracturing his back, wrists, hips, pelvis, sternum, ribs and foot, the New York Post reported.

The ensemble player is seeking unspecified money damages.

"My life has been changed forever. It will never be the same," the Post quoted Bailey as saying.
