Scott Stapp Ready For 'Rebirth' Of Creed
Scott Stapp and his band members haven't worked together professionally in half of a decade, but now Creed, known for their hits With Arms Wide Open, My Sacrifice and Higher, is regrouping, releasing a new album and launching a supporting concert tour.
Creed's forthcoming album is tentatively titled Full Circle.
Stapp told Rolling Stone, "I wouldn’t call it a reunion, It’s a renewing and a rebirth. I missed my boys and wanted to create music with them again. We're all thrilled to have a second chance to make a first impression."
Scott Stapp and band members, Mark Tremonti, Scott Phillips and Brian Marshall will kick off their American tour in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on August 6, 2009. The tour wraps up on October 14th.
