Ingrid Casares, meet the internet

Ingrid Casares is making news today because of her ties to Madonna. In the latest tell-all book about Madonna, this time written by her brother Christopher Ciccone, some surprising revelations are made about Ingrid Casares.

According to Ciccone, Ingrid Casares worships the ground Madonna walks on, and acts as a "Yes-woman" who does the Pop Queen's bidding.

In "Life With My Sister Madonna", Ciccone hints at a possible Lesbian affair between Madge and Casares when he says: "Cisare would sit at her feet, as if she were Madonna's slave . . . It wouldn't have surprised me at all if they were having intimate relations."

How does Alex "Stray-Rod" Rodriguez tie in to this sordid tale? Ciccone claims it was Casares who introduced Madonna to the Yankee.

People from Miami will remember Ingrid Casares for her partnership with notorious nightclub owner Chris Paciello.
