This week Miley has been seen working on her new "Hannah Montana" movie, and trained Miley Watchers can't help but notice she's had a bit of an upgrade to her look. Miley with her new look and the old Miley we know Miley's smile (that's what she's famous for, after all) looks like it's had some serious work done on it. Notice how white and straight her teeth are. Compare that to the lovable snaggle-tooth smile she normally sports. It's clear Miley will do whatever it takes to get to the top.
