Five Hurt In Running Of The Bulls

Running with the bulls is a very dangerous activity. But that doesn't stop morons people from doing it year after year. As usual, this year's Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain, has been marred by people, uh, being marred. Make that gored, because that's actually the term for what's happened to five people so far this year.

Luckily for the poor folks felled by the bulls, none has been injured severely. That's really a matter of luck, more than skill.

Fortunately for the many participants of this strange yet hallowed event, no one has been killed by a bull since 1995. All told, 14 people have been killed since the 1920s.

Even Americans are getting in on the act. This year an American required surgery after his buttocks was gored by a bull.
