Being an International celebrity doesn't automatically qualify you for 5-star treatment, especially if your reputation precedes you.

This is what 22 year old actress, Lindsay Lohan, found out during a recent travel to Montreal. US magazine reports that Lohan was delayed by customs for nearly an hour after arriving at the Montreal Airport on May 2.

Canada has strict rules regarding entry into their country and Lohan's checkered past, that includes convictions for driving under the influence, came under question.

A source said, "Because of her DUI's they didn't want to let her in the country at first. The customs people gave her a really hard time."

Despite the hold up, Lindsay remained calm. She told the tabloid, "It was fine!"

Lohan has since returned to the United States and channeled Marilyn Monroe in Los Angeles photo shoot slated for publication in Spanish Vogue.
