The party, which was held at the Roseland Ballroom in Manhattan, was attended by ballplayers and celebs alike.
Milano has been a bit higher profile than usual lately due to her launch of women-oriented clothing line "Touch", which is licensed by MLB. Milano is actually a life long baseball fan who's quite astute about the game.
