Rihanna Gets Subpoena To Appear In Chris Brown Case
Rihanna won't be able to move on from her relationship with Chris Brown as quickly as she may have liked, because she needs to appear in court for a hearing about the incident.
Rihanna will be getting a subpoena to appear at a hearing on June 22 concerning the incident that occurred between her and Chris Brown, 19, on the night of the Grammy Awards.
"The DA told me Rihanna will be subpoenaed. I will accept on her behalf," Rihanna's attorney Donald Etra told Usmagazine.com. "She will appear in court, and if asked to testify, she will do so."
Rihanna has distanced herself from Brown since the night of the alleged attack.
"She is doing fine. She is continuing with her career and moving on with her life and doing great," said Etra.
Before she can move on fully, it looks like she'll have to face her old lover one more time. That meeting will take place in court.
