LOS ANGELES, Ca., June 5 (TOTI) --

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did such a good job of playing lovers Edward Cullen and Bella Swan that even months after the movie has been out many fans still want to see the two together in real life.

According to a new report in OK!, they are about to get exactly that. The tabloid has kept tabs on Kristen and Robert and say the two have been spending some serious time together lately.

After the MTV Awards, Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson headed out for pizza and wine, without Stewart's long time boyfriend Michael Angarano. They cozied up in a candelit balcony at the posh West Hollywood eatery Cecconi's.

"[They] couldn't keep their eyes off each other," a witness said about the two.

After the outing at Cecconi's, the pair stopped at Guys and Dolls Lounge around 1:30am. They were holding hands, but it didn't look romantic to outsiders.

"I don't know if they've ever hooked up, to be honest - Rob doesn't kiss and tell" said a friend of his. "I do know Kristen is his type - a dark-haired brooding actress to match his own personality. Sometimes if you look at them, they're mirror images of each other. Their stars rose at the same exact time, playing each other's loves, and they have the same ideals and values. It's a bond no one can touch on set."

The two have also just come off a stay in a very romantic locale. They spent the weak in Tuscan where they filmed scenes for Twilight sequel New Moon.

"Robert and Kristen got to share time in one of the most romantic places on earth," a friend of Kristen's said. "They loved dining in the tiny Italian bistros - they were together day and night and their scenes are even more passionate in the sequel. You can see the chemistry escalating between them with each day that goes by."

Kristen's friend says that Kristen Stewart has known Michael Angarano since she was just 14 years old while filming Speak in 2004.

"Michael was Kristen's first romantic relationship," the friend said. "And a girl never forgets that."

Whether the appeal of Robert Pattinson will be enough to lure in Kristen Stewart remains to be seen.
