Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have finally settled the custody dispute concerning their two children.

"The case has been settled," Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, told E! Online. "The court still has to approve it."
In essence, the couple will get what they already have. Spears will retain sole custody of Jayden James, and Sean Preston. Britney will be allowed to visit them two times weekly, with one visit being an over night stay.
The two are to appear in court today to make the final arrangements and finalize the agreement. It looks like the fighting, however, is already at its' end.
For Britney Spears, the trouble with her children and K-Fed seemed to epitomize all of the woes that have befallen her life and career in the last few years. Right now the singer is ostensibly under the care of her father, Jamie Spears, who makes all of her pertinent decisions for her. She has also been under the care of a doctor for mental health issues.
