Lebron James says it's a guarantee that Team USA will win this year's Gold Medal in basketball. Of course, like many other sports guarantees made before, this one will have to be proven on the field of valor.

Lebron's guarantee was really no big deal, either, because he made it when prompted by a reporter. The reporter asked, "do you guarantee you'll win a gold". Lebron responded "Absolutely." Then the reporter said, are you sure? Again, Lebron said "Absolutely."

Of course many Americans feel as if Team USA should win the gold in basketball. After all, the sport was invented in these United States of ours, and has only been gaining popularity in much of the world in recent years. Plus our guys make more money than God playing roundball. So to us, they should dominate.

So far, Team USA Basketball has won 12 out of the 15 Gold Medals they've competed for.
