Bangalore Bomb Blasts

A series of bombs have exploded in Bangalore. Bangalore, which is known as the Silicon Valley of India has been hit by at least six bombs. The damage killed at least one and injured 12.

Of course when bombs of these natures explode in an international commerce center like Bangalore, people suspect terrorists. This time is no different, with various media outlets claiming the attacks could be linked to SIMI or LeT.

The bombs have been described as being "low intensity" in nature. They were triggered by timers, so the attacks would not be of the "suicide bomber" variety.

Police in Bangalore are acting fast to contain the damage. They've shut down a great number of public buildings and continue the search for clues.

There are several unconfirmed reports of arrests, but so far nothing has been made public.
