Another home that was built by the hands of volunteers for ABC's TV show, Extreme Makeover is facing foreclosure.

The six bedroom home was built in 2006 for Sadie Holmes, a former drug addict turned community activist in Florida.

According to
reports, Seminole County, Florida filed liens of nearly $30,000 against the property for unpaid code violations.

Sadie Holmes acknowledged that she was grateful for the home, but that it caused her a lot of stress and problems.

No word on a sale date.
