Miley Cyrus has been making cash hand over fist, so it's not surprising she might want to spend some of it. She and her mother, Tish, looked very happy together as they did what they do best.

Billy Ray Cyrus and Leticia have been married since 1992 and have three children together. The whole family lives together in Los Angeles, due to the filming of Hannah Montana. Si far, Tish has been the only one who hasn't entered into a Hollywood career.

Miley Cyrus currently has the album "Breakout" on the charts. Miley is hoping that the effort will endear to older fans. She's currently the undisputed Queen of Tweens, so it's a logical step to make her more appealing to older fans who buy records.

Miley will turn 16th on November 23rd. She's already expressed that the birthday gift she craves most this year is a car! It's hard to argue with that.
