Britney Spears comeback continues. Britney has now been nominated for a 2008 2008 MTV Video Music Award for the video to her single "Piece of Me". The video will be competing in the Best Female Video category.
Britney has been changing people's perceptions about her in 2008. Following a trainwreck disastrous 2007, the singer has re-established hard work as a guiding principle in her foundering career. The results appear to be vindicating her decision to tread the straight and narrow path.
"Piece of Me" with Mariah Carey's "Touch My Body," Katy Perry's "I Kissed A Girl," Rihanna's "Take A Bow" and Jordin Sparks's "No Air," according to MTV.
Spears recently ended her legal troubles with ex-husband Kevin Federline. The two had fought over custody of their two children. Britney has visitation rights twice a week.
