Chad Kroeger Of Nickelback Punches Man Who Insulted Band

Chad Kroeger is not the kind of guy to take an insult lightly. When a man loudly shouted “Nickleback Sucks!”, Chad did what any normal man would do and hit him right across the face. Apparently, hearing that the band he’s lead singer for sucks, was not the kind of feedback Chad was looking for. Police in Vancouver have not yet arrested him for the incident, which occurred outside of the Roxy nightclub.

A witness says Kroeger punched another man in the face when someone shouted “Nickelback sucks!”

Vancouver Police have confirmed they had to break up a fight outside the club, but they are not saying if Kroeger was involved or whether any charge recommendations will be forwarded to crown prosecutors.

This wasn’t Kroeger’s first confrontation with police in BC.

In March, he had words with officers doing routine inspections at a downtown Vancouver strip club.

He was also arrested by the Mounties in Surrey last June.

His trial stemming from that impaired driving charge is slated for this November.

At least Chad Kroeger is still living the rock’n'roll dream and not taking crap from anyone.
