Chris Brown Sentencing Delayed
Sentencing for singer Chris Brown has been delayed.
Sentencing for Brown has been delayed by Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Patricia Schnegg, who has rescheduled for 8/27/2009. She said she’s having a tough deciding just how harsh his community service should be.
Schnegg has stated that she would prefer that Chris Brown did “hard labor” rather than speaking to school kids about the dangers of domestic abuse.
Brown was dating Rihanna when the incident happened in February 2009. Brown has received a good deal of public backlash since he was found guilty of beating Rihanna. He has since apologized publicly to Rihanna and his friends.
