BBQ Grilled Onion - Great Side Dish
I’ve been looking forward to the spring and summer season. Why? Because of the allure of a smoking grill filled with fantastic foods.

This is another easy dish to cook on your BBQ Grill. A Grilled Onion. It doesn’t require a whole lot of ingredients. Just some Vidalia Sweet Onions, some butter and beef bullion cubes.
You can make as many of these as you want or need.
* Remove skin from onion. Cut off top.
* Cut down into onion from the center 3 or 4 times. (Think Onion Blossom)
* Remove some of the onion from the core. Put 1 or 2 tablespoons hard butter with a beef bullion in the middle.
* Wrap in Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
Cook over indirect heat on a medium to hot grill for 20-30 minutes or until onions are at your
desired level of “doneness.”
These onions are perfect to serve over steak, chicken or rice. They can be used as a side dish or could even top a burger.
I hope you’ll give this tasty little grilled onion recipe a try the next time you’re looking for something to grill. I’m certain that you’ll enjoy it.
