Easy Oyster Stew
Autumn is a great time to indulge in Clambakes and other seafood delicacies. This Oyster stew is easy to prepare and is sure to please.
What you’ll need:
- 1/4 cup butter.
- 2 cups milk.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 pint fresh oysters.
- 1/2 cup cream.
- Fresh ground pepper.
Melt butter in a small saucepan, add oysters. Cook and stir over low heat until the edges of the oysters curl. Heat milk and cream in another saucepan. Stir in cooked oysters and other ingredients.
