Ham Roll Up Appetizers

One thing I love when I visit my aunt is that she always seems to offer those tasty little ham roll up appetizers that I love. Since I don’t get a chance to see her often enough, I snatched the recipe from her. It’s simple and easy - I’m sure you’ll love it, too.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 jar of dill pickle spears.
  • 1/2 pound thin sliced, boiled ham.
  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on a slice of ham. Roll the pickle spear up in it. Allow to chill for a half an hour. Cut ham rolls in half and secure with a toothpick.
