No Bake Peanut Butter Squares
These no bake peanut butter squares are a tasty treat for children and adults alike.
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup melted butter.
- 18 ounces peanut butter, creamy or crunchy.
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 9 ounces chocolate chips.
- 1 tablespoon unmelted butter.
In large bowl, cream butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Spread in a 9 X 13 baking pan. In microwave safe bowl, mix chocolate chips and reserved butter. Microwave on high for around 90 seconds, or until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Chill until firm and keep refrigerated until serving time.
