Pizza Casserole Recipe

Pizza is always a big hit. This pizza casserole recipe will give new life to this tried and true dinnertime favorite.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 pound ground beef.
  • 1 large can of mushrooms.
  • 2 1/2 cup rotini noodles - cooked.
  • 16 ounce pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt.
  • 2/3 cup milk.
  • 1 tsp. oregano.

Brown beef, draining excess fat. Stir in pizza sauce, undrained mushrooms, oregano and garlic salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked pasta and milk. In a 2 quart casserole dish, layer meat sauce, then rotini, then cheese. Repeat until you run out of ingredients. Bake in a 350 degree oven (covered) for 25 to 30 minutes.
