If you’re in the mood for donuts, but don’t feel like running to Dunkin’ Donuts to buy them, give this quick and easy doughnut recipe a try. It’s made with refrigerated biscuits.

What you’ll need:

  • A tube or two of refrigerated biscuits.
  • Cinnamon and White sugar for coating.

Heat cooking oil in a deep pan or deep fryer. Separate biscuits and use a shot glass to cut a hole in the center of each one. (Reserve these to make donut holes or “bites”) Deep fry for about a minute or until it turns golden brown. Remove and drain excess grease. Roll in a sugar/cinnamon mix.

Enjoy!
