Scalloped Zucchini Recipe

What you’ll need:
- 2 pounds of cooked zucchini.
- 1 pound browned bulk sausage.
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers.
- 1/2 parmesan cheese.
- 2 beaten eggs.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme.
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt.
Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish with 1/2 cup water or chicken broth. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
