Steak Marinade

The only thing that makes a nice juicy steak taste even better is a marinade. This steak
marinade tastes great on London Broils, T-Bones or New York Strips, but it’s equally as good to marinate chicken or pork chops, too.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil.
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic (from jar.)
  • Dash of fresh ground black or gourmet peppercorns.

Mix all ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Place steak (or other meat) in the bag, coating generously. For best results, marinade the meat in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (24 hours is even better.) before broiling or grilling.

Enjoy!
