Summer Spaghetti Salad

Looking for a nice cold salad for a sidedish or to bring to your next get together? This simple
Summer Spaghetti Salad can easily be doubled for a big event.

This recipe is best prepared the day prior to serving.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles - cooked following directions and run under cold water.
  • 1 packet dry Italian Salad dressing.
  • 16 ounces Zesty italian dressing.
  • Handful of baby carrots, chopped.
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped into small pieces.
  • Any other vegetables that you like: onions, olives etc. chopped
  • Cubed cheddar or colby-jack cheese
  • Pepperonis - quartered.
  • Favorite seasonings.
  • In large bowl with tight fitting lid mix all ingredients well. Allow to chill overnight and serve.
