Summer Spaghetti Salad
Looking for a nice cold salad for a sidedish or to bring to your next get together? This simple
Summer Spaghetti Salad can easily be doubled for a big event.
This recipe is best prepared the day prior to serving.
What you’ll need:
1 pound spaghetti noodles - cooked following directions and run under cold water.
1 packet dry Italian Salad dressing.
16 ounces Zesty italian dressing.
Handful of baby carrots, chopped.
1/2 green pepper, chopped into small pieces.
Any other vegetables that you like: onions, olives etc. chopped
Cubed cheddar or colby-jack cheese
Pepperonis - quartered.
Favorite seasonings.
In large bowl with tight fitting lid mix all ingredients well. Allow to chill overnight and serve.
