Applecrumb Stuffed Pork Chops

4 pork chops (1-inch-thick), cut with pockets
Apple-Crumb Stuffing
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs butter or margarine
3 tbs water

Stuff pockets of pork chops with AppleCrumb Stuffing and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet; brown pork chops on both sides. Add water. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 50 minutes or until pork chops are tender, adding more water if needed.
